Licensing Agreement for Google Slides, Google Marketplace and Goolgle.

As most people don’t normally read these, here’s an executive summary: purchasing Design Toolbars grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence, and you can’t modify, copy, distribute or resell the software. 

What follows is now the full licence agreement – please read the following license agreement carefully and accept the terms to complete your order. 

This End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools. 

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd software ("Software") directly from Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd.

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd software. It provides a licence to use the Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install, or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

Licence Grant

Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement. 

You are not permitted to use the software in any manner not expressly authorized by this agreement. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of your use of the software.

You are permitted to load the Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd software (for example a PC or laptop) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd software.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell the Software, in part or in whole, for any commercial purpose

• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party

• Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law

• Use the Software for any purpose that Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.

While Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd (ABN: 85 656 881 079) make every effort to deliver high quality products, we do not guarantee that our products are free from defects. Our software is provided “as is," and you use the software at your own risk.

We make no warranties as to performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. No oral or written communication from or information provided by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd shall create a warranty.

Under no circumstances shall Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this software, even if Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Design Toolbars is designed to work with Google Slides on PCs and Macs, with the current state of Google Slides software as of February 2026. If and when Google update Google Slides, some features may no longer work as intended. However, we update our software on an ongoing basis as Google Slides updates are rolled out to the public – please be patient with us in such circumstances. Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd (the company) cannot be held liable for Google Slides changes that affect Design Toolbars (the software), as their changes are outside of our control.

Data Security

Design Toolbars does not collect any data on you or your company (except in terms of purchase details). Design Toolbars does not send, store or make any other claim to your data at any time. When installing Design Toolbars, there are google Slides access requests – these requests must be accepted in order for the software to function on all your Presentations, past, current and future. Design Toolbars (the company) does not access your files, as all information remains within your company or personal cloud, and no data is sent back to Design Toolbars nor any third party.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd.

Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Term and Termination

The term of this agreement is effective from the date you click to accept this agreement and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Design Toolbars by Iconic Design Tools Pty Ltd.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales.
