Note on Ribbon Labels in PowerPoint for Mac
When in PowerPoint you will need to activate the Ribbon group titles in Preferences first. If you don’t have the Ribbon Group Names showing (like ‘Insert Objects’ or ‘Insert Slide Elements’ on the Design Toolbars toolbar): Select the PowerPoint menu at the top > Preferences > View > and tick ‘Show group titles’ .
Export your current QAT to keep it on file for later or opt-out on install
Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) customization is included; you can opt-out on install. To keep your current QAT on file 'Export all customizations' before installing. In PowerPoint, go to File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar > Import/Export.

QAT ‘Command Labels’ can be turned off/on through ‘Customize Quick Access Toolbars…’ > Uncheck ‘Always Show Command Labels’
